1. About Us
House of Beeves is a UK-based business selling handmade and customised products. 4 Stafford Close, Gloucester, GL2 2EQ. Email: messages@houseofbeeves.uk. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Ordering
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We may decline orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud prevention. Orders are confirmed by email. If we can't reach you about a custom order within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.

3. Pricing
All prices in GBP. We are not VAT registered. Shipping is additional and calculated at checkout.

4. Payment & Security
Payments processed via Stripe. We accept cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Card details never pass through or are stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

5. Shipping
UK: £3.50 Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (3–5 working days). International (excl. EU): £15.00 (3–5 working days). Custom orders: 2–6 weeks. We do not ship to EU countries. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel non-custom orders within 14 days of receipt and return within a further 14 days. Items must be in original condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Custom Orders
Can be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, no returns unless faulty or damaged.

8. Faulty Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund including return postage.

2. Data We Collect
Name, email, phone (optional), social handle (optional), delivery address, order details, payment info (Stripe only — we never see your card), passwords (hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 — cannot be recovered by us), session tokens (temporary, expire automatically), IP address via analytics.

3. How We Use It
To process orders, manage your account, send confirmations, handle returns, and comply with legal obligations. No marketing without consent.

4. Storage
Data stored in Cloudflare D1 (encrypted at rest). Passwords are one-way hashed and cannot be recovered. Payment data never touches our servers — handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).

5. Third Parties
Royal Mail (delivery), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, R2 storage). We do not sell your data.

6. International Transfers
Stripe and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK. Appropriate UK GDPR safeguards are in place.

7. Retention
Financial records: 6 years (HMRC). Order/contact data: 3 years. Account data: until deletion requested.

8. Cookies
Cloudflare analytics (aggregated, country-level only). Necessary session cookies for login. No tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Contact messages@houseofbeeves.uk. We respond within one month.
